今天开始伊拉克人民进入了一个新的阶段，他们将担当重建民主造就自由的重任。对于合众国来说也是一个新的开始，我们将在民众的支持下帮助伊拉克人民重返曾经的美好生活，这不仅仅是伊拉克人民的福祉也是中东地区和平的关键所在。在此我对付出巨大牺牲的美国民众尤其是那些多年来浴血奋战甚至捐躯沙场的将士表示诚挚的感激与敬仰。美国因为你们而破浪前行，自由与民主的旗帜也因为你们而高高飘扬在世界的西方。几百年来天赋人权自由平等的理念一直激励着美国人民与我们的盟友，因此我们勇于奋斗，直面危机，一次次从历史的漩涡中慨然前行。但我们也付出了相当的代价，看看辛勤工作的人民，看看白发苍苍的老人，看看那些失去父亲的孩子和那些再也看不到儿子的母亲，，，，，，，，。愧疚与同情让我不知所措，但却知道一点，我，我们绝不能就此停步，坚强地走下去是包括我在内的所有美国人民的历史使命。我们的盟友还有那些自由的心一直在支持我们，美国绝不能辜负他们。更不能辜负绝大部分伊拉克人民对我们信任，独裁与专制给他们带去了多年的痛苦，为争取自由民主的斗争又让他们的生活更加凄苦，但全世界都会看到他们绝不会放弃，因为他们相信漫漫长夜终将成为历史，回眸时的惨痛将演化成争取幸福生活的力量。对此整个阿拉伯世界也翘首企盼，因为独裁的政府是该地区动荡的诱因，和解繁荣的伊拉克是造就和平中东的必备条件。本质上伊斯兰世界与西方民主并不存在不可调和的矛盾，但其间的差异与分歧需要我们通过共同的努力去消除，去弥合曾经的伤痛，共同迎接美好的明。，同时应该看到世界还面临宗教极端势力与恐怖主义的威胁，这一威胁一日不除我们的幸福生活就必受其乱，因此我们必须共同去把握自由的利剑。多年之后曾经的努力与牺牲，当今的奋斗与坚持都将永铸于民主自由的丰碑。

From now on people of Iraqi turn into a new stage. They will take the heavy burden to rebuild democracy and freedom. For the U.S.A also a new start under the help of our people we will assist the Iraqi recall the ever good life this not only the fortune of the Iraqi people but also the key for the peace of middle east . Here please allow me to deliver my sincere appreciation and admiration to the people of the U.S.A who sacrifice too much specially for those officers and soldiers who hard fight even lost lives.  Because you our country goes through the billow  also  the flag of democracy and freedom can flies highly in the sky of west world. Several hundred years the idea of natural right ,liberty and equality always inspirits our friends and us  so we strive bravely to face the crisis directly and go straightly through the eddies from time to time.  But we cost too much please look at the laborious people    the white hair old   the child lost father  the mother never can see her son ,,,,,,,,,,,,. Sadness and the worm of conscience nearly make me out of my wits  but I know me us never have the right to stop here.  Sturdily going ahead is the historical mission for the U.S.A.  We never betray our friends and those free hearts support us all the time never betray the majority of the Iraqi people who believe us.  Autarchy and despotism put great pain on their heads.  The struggle for democracy and freedom let them more miserable  however all the world see they never give up they believe the long and dark night is sure to be history  the sadness of looking back will change into the power of trying for happy life . Arabdom  expects this scene also because the autarchic government is the cause of the queasy.  A amicable and prosperous Iraqi is necessary for building a peaceful middle east. In nature there is no un-reconcilable conflict between Islamic world and west democracy  but we should get rid of the difference and the bifurcation  for the good future. At the same time we still face threat from the religious extremists and terrorism if we do nothing our daily live is sure to be destroyed by them  we must hold the sharp sword together.
